Prued Wahachart

Prued’s interests lie at the intersection of tech, economic empowerment, and public policy. Prued currently leads the Merchant Empowerment team (as part of Grabfood Strategy team), where he formulates and implements go-to-market strategies to empower small and medium restaurants across Thailand. Prior to Grab, he has cultivated experiences in several industries, including retail, e-commerce, education, and food services.

In addition, Prued serves as the current President of Thailand-United States Alumni Association (TUSAA), leading a committee that steers alumni engagement initiatives for 8 USG exchange programs, including YSEALI, across Thailand. He is also an advisor and a working team for one of Thailand’s Members of Parliament (MP), focusing on the government’s digital transformation and tech-enabled public policies.

Prued has an academic background in Political Science, International Relations, and Public Policy. Prued spends his free time reading, planting, cooking, and traveling with his family.
